Instagram’s latest app, LAYOUT, allows users to create fun and unique photo layouts by combining their pictures and sharing them with friends.

You can use photos from your camera roll or take new ones using the Photo Booth feature. Currently, Layout is designed exclusively for photo editing, so there’s no video support.

Currently, Layout is available only for iOS devices on the App Store. However, Instagram has confirmed that an Android version will be released in the coming months on Google Play.
